It is operated by Jeff Westley who has been working with emergency vehicles his entire career.  The company was started to bring low cost, high quality products to today's first responders. You will notice that not everything available on the market is on this site.  After working with these products for so many years, we know which ones are quality, which are effective, and which are worth your hard earned money.
