Store Policies
Shipping: We ship UPS, insured. You pay actual shipping charges. We do not inflate them like others do.We will e-mail a tracking number when it ships. Where applicable we will always combine shipping as UPS does this for us automatically. When we list the items on the site we enter the shipping weight and size so it will calculate shipping for you based on where you live. In addition, if you buy more than one item it will adjust the shipping charges appropriately. You pay what we pay for shipping because we know your time and money is valuable. Transit times: We will pack and ship in stock items the same day of your order, provided we receive it by 5PM. Located in the Washington DC Nation Capitol Region, we can reach most states on the east coast in one or two days. Please see the map below for UPS transit times. Will call: We offer a will-call, or "hold for pick-up" service. Purchase your items normally then select this option form the shipping menu. This service is offered free of charge. Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied Priority Lights will refund your money or replace the product. We will also handle any warranty claims that you may have. Just send the item back to us and we will do the rest. Priority Lights ia very willing to work with you and your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions please e-mail us.
Some of our products in our store we do not stock. Though we do have access to getting these products relativly fast. However it may take a little more time for these products to get shipped out to you.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY SORRY
